By partnering with Theta Ridge, we can assure you that your product will be handled and stored by people who understand coffee. We can also assure you that your product will be delivered anywhere in the country in a timely and professional manner with highly competitive shipping rates.
Our warehouse is centrally located in South Bend, Indiana
WAREHOUSE POLICIES
- Orders placed prior to 12 pm EST will ship same day.
- One full pallet is 10 bags (in Grainpro). 12 bags per pallet loading is available at buyers’ request
- Shipments are handled with no hooks, strapped, and shrink wrapped
- Orders ship via R+L Carriers with free lift-gate service. Buyers are welcome to ship with the carrier of their choice, if preferred
Benchmark also maintains accounts with Continental Terminals in New Jersey and The Annex in California. We maintain smaller spot positions at these warehouses, but can accommodate buyers if a particular warehouse is preferred. Forward contracts may also request release of their coffee at any of these warehouses.
